ORDER:- This Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. G.Karuppasamy Pandiyan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.J.David Ganesan, Advocate for the respondent, this Court made the following order:

Court in Crl.R.C(MD)No.274 of 2016, dated 01.12.2020. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to ill health and financial crisis, he could not comply with the order of this Court. Hence, he seeks further time.
