[Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU,J] The petitioner is the husband of one Kaleeswari, aged about 23 years, who has been found missing. A case has been registered in Crime No.234 of 2014 for the offence under Section 346 IPC against the third respondent. So far, the girl has not been secured. Therefore, the petitioner has come up with this Habeas Corpus Petition.

2. We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation done so far has revealed that Kaleeswari has eloped with the third respondent and steps are being taken to locate her. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Since we are satisfied that there is no illegal detention and since it is a case of elopement, there is no scope to issue any direction as prayed for. Accordingly this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed, however, the respondent police shall continue the investigation. Sd/- Assistant Registrar /True Copy/ Sub Assistant Registrar To
