The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Fast Track Court No. 1 at Judicial Magistrate level Madurai to dispose the case in S.T.C.No. 1051 of 2013 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.Perused the materials placed on record.

4.Taking into consideration the nature of the case, this Court directs the Fast Track Court No.1 at Judicial Magistrate level Madurai, to dispose the case in S.T.C.No.1051 of 2013, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stand disposed of.
