The petitioners have filed this Criminal Original Petition for quashing the Charge Sheet in P.R.C.No.55 of 2017, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.

entered into compromise.
