Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the fourth respondent to provide suitable medical aid / treatment for petitioner's daughter Subapriya and to save her from the death bed, by considering petitioner's representation dated 13.03.2019 within the period stipulated by this Court.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner's daughter appears to be suffering from a severe liver ailment.

The petitioner's case is that the petitioner's daughter suffered damage on account of some police atrocities.

https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.I do not want to go into the said factual controversy. The fact remains that the petitioner's daughter is in urgent need of

medical attention. Therefore, the third respondent is directed to provide all possible medical assistance to the writ petitioner's daughter. Since the third respondent is a Government institution, the petitioner shall be given treatment free of charge. The third respondent shall not spare any effort to take care of the writ petitioner's daughter.
