This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that neither a case nor a petition enquiry is pending against the petitionerand therefore, there is no question of harassment at all and the presence of the petitioner is not at all required by the respondent police.
