PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.78 of 2018 on the file of the Respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 174(3) Cr.P.C. altered into 306 IPC, in Crime No.78 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) as well as the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit the petitioner has filed a petition in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13681 of 2020, which was filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.78 of 2018, and this Court vide order dated 01.12.2020, has granted interim stay.
