O R D E R

The Civil Revision Petition is filed for a direction to the Sub Court, Ramanathapuram to expedite the trial in O.S.No.135 of 2012.

2. The petitioners are the plaintiffs and the respondents are the defendants in O.S.No.135 of 2012. The petitioners/plaintiffs have filed the said suit before the Sub Court, Ramanathapuram against the respondents/defendants for the relief of demarcation, declaration, permanent injunction and mandatory injunction. The suit is filed in the year 2012 and the same is pending for more than 5 years. Hence, the petitioners/plaintiffs have approached this Court by invoking the jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking the prayer to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.135 of 2012, which is pending before the learned Sub Judge, Padmanabhapuram from 2012 onwards.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and perused the materials placed before this Court.

Considering the prayer sought for in the Civil Revision Petition, this Court is inclined to pass the following order: The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Sub Judge, Padmanabhapuram to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.135 of 2012 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After passing orders, the learned Sub Judge, Padmanabhapuram is directed to report before this Court. No costs.
