O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd Respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the petitioners representation, dated 02.03.2025. 2.According to the petitioner, there is a money dispute pending between the petitioner and the private respondent. While so, the 4th respondent lodged a complaint against the petitioner. Taking advantage of the same, the third respondent used to harass the petitioner by interfering the money dispute between them. In this regard, he has sent a representation on 02.02.2025 and the same has not been considered, hence this petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the private respondent lodged a complaint against the petitioner in respect of money dispute. They assigned 2/5

CSR No.62 of 2025 and conducted enquiry. Since the matter is pertaining to civil dispute, it was closed. Thereafter, the respondents have not approached the petitioner. However, the representation of the petitioner will be considered by the respondent police.

4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondent, is inclined to dispose of the petition. Since the complaint given against the petitioner was closed after enquiry, this petition is closed by recording submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. 5.With the above directions and observations, this petition stands disposed of.
