This petition is filed to direct the District Munsif-cumJudicial Magistrate, Karaikudi, to consider the recall warrant petition filed under Section 70(2) of Cr.P.C on the same on its presentation in Crl.M.P.No.3669 of 2014 in M.C.No.23 of 2012. 2.The Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that NBW is pending against the petitioner since 18.04.2015 and hence, the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. 3.In view of the above submission, this petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the appropriate court in the manner known to law.
