ORDER

This Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to give necessary direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.194 of 2016 and to file a final report. 2.It is reported by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the petitioner who is the de facto complainant did not attend the enquiry and he has not co-operated with the respondent Police in the investigation.

3.The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police and co-operate with the enquiry. Thereafter, the respondent Police is directed to complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible and file a final report.

4.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above directions.
