The subject matter of challenge in this Civil Revision Petition pertains to the e-auction sale notice issued by the bank.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was brought to the notice of this Court that public auction was conducted and the property was sold in favour of the highest bidder and he is now in possession and enjoyment of the property.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition and the same is closed. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
