Respondents Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the 3rd respondent to produce the body or person of the petitioner's wife namely Rohini D/o.Rethinam aged 25 years before this Court from illegal custody of 4th respondent and his henchmen and set her at liberty.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to trace out and produce the detenu by name Rohini, aged 25 years, wife of the petitioner.

2. The petitioner is present and he has been identified by his counsel.

3. The fourth respondent has produced the detenu and she has been identified by the petitioner.

4. Considering the aforesaid factual circumstances, the relief sought for in the petition has become infructuous.

5. In fine, this Habeas Corpus petition deserves dismissal and accordingly is dismissed.
