O R D E R

The instant writ petition has been filed filed for a Mandamus to direct the second respondent to dispose of the main revision

(Na.Ka.C2/1628/2015), which was preferred by the fifth respondent on 08.01.2015, within a stipulated period fixed by this Court.

2. Heard Mr.R.Sundar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.VPH.Vaishnavi, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and Mr.N.S.Karthikeyan, learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent.

3. Today, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent that the Revision Application has already been disposed of by an order dated 16.12.2015 in favour of the fifth respondent and nine others.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the said order dated 16.12.2015 passed in the Revision Application has not been served upon the petitioner and he seeks liberty of this Court to challenge the order dated 16.12.2015.

5. In view of the same, the Writ Petition has now become infructuous. However, the petitioner is granted liberty to challenge the order dated 16.12.2015 passed in the Revision Application preferred by the fifth respondent before the second respondent in accordance with law.

6. In view of the above, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
