ORDER

[Order of the Court was delivered by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the petitioner's daughter, namely, Vaitheeswari, D/o.M.Ramar, aged about 17 years before this Court and handover the custody of the detenue to the petitioner. 2.The petitioner is the father of the detenue. According to him, his daughter is missing from 03.03.2021 and the 3rd respondent, who is a minor, has illegally detained his daughter.

3. Today, the detenue is produced before this Court by the second respondent through video conferencing.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the third respondent submitted that the 3rd respondent is now aged about 25 years and he is a major and he already married the detenue.

5. On enquiry, the detenue states that she is major and now, she is residing with her maternal aunt. Further, she states that she is willing to go along with her maternal anut and she is not willing to go along with her father, the petitioner herein.
