ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner took part in the recruitment process for the post of Village Head Man. Interview was held on 03.01.2023. The petitioner has filed this writ petition for directing the respondents to appoint him for the said post. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the petitioner belongs to BC category and he did not secure the requisite marks. In any event, this Court cannot give any direction for appointing him. If the petitioner is of the view that an ineligible person somebody who has performed below him has been selected, it is open to the petitioner to file an appropriate writ petition. The petitioner also liberty to invoke provision of RTI Act. If any such application is filed the same shall be responded to immediately. Based on the details that may be furnished by the respondents, it is open to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition before this Court.
