Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the rejection order in No.04/C2PS/Memo/2018 of the 2nd respondent dated 07.04.2018 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to grant permission to conduct Kabadi Tournament scheduled to be held on 28.04.2018 at 06.00 pm to 29.04.2018 at 12.00 pm pursuant to Tamil New Year at Thamburatti Amman Kovil Thidal, Vallanadu Village, Srivaikundam Taluk, Tirunelveli District.

JUDGMENT
************ [Judgment of the Court was delivered by C.T.SELVAM, J.] The Writ Appeal is directed against the order dated 17.04.2018 made in W.P(MD)No.7768 of 2018.
2. The appellant herein filed W.P(MD)No.7768 of 2018 challenging the order of the second respondent herein dated 07.04.2018, rejecting the request of the appellant to grant permission to conduct Kabadi Tournament scheduled to be held from https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
28.04.2018 at 06.00 p.m., to 29.04.2018 at 12.00 p.m., pursuant to "Tamil New Year" at Thamburatti Amman Kovil Thidal, Vallanadu Village, Srivaikundam Taluk, Tirunelveli District.
3. A learned Single Judge of this Court, by order dated 07.04.2014, disposed of the said Writ Petition recording the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the appellant at Paragraph No.6 of the order that the appellant will make a fresh representation citing a different location, particularly, outside the sensitive areas for conducting the said event.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the appellant would admit that no fresh representation has been given by the appellant. Under such circumstances, we do not find any merit in the Writ Appeal.
