ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM,J.) Petitioner is present before this Court today. Detenu has been produced before this Court today by the second respondent. 2.Detenu informs of having entered upon marriage with the petitioner on 09.04.2015, but having continued to reside with her parents, without disclosing such fact. Eventually, she has tried to convince her parents on the proprietary of her act, requiring them to accept such marriage but they have failed to do so. She has informed her intention to accompany the petitioner. She also informs that her parents being unhappy with her conduct have not appeared before this Court.
