Respondents Prayer:- Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to produce the body or person of the detenu, namely Nallan, Son of Adaikan, aged 28 years, the petitioner's husband before this Court and set him at liberty and pass such further or other orders. ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to trace out and produce the detenu by name Nallan, husband of the petitioner.

2. The petitioner is present and she has been identified by her counsel.

3. The second respondent viz., the Inspector of Police, Nerkupai Police Station has produced the detenu and he has been identified by the petitioner.

4. Considering the aforesaid factual circumstances, the relief sought for in the Habeas Corpus Petition has become infructuous and therefore this Habeas Corpus Petition deserves to be dismissed.

5. In fine, this Habeas Corpus Petition deserves dismissal and accordingly is dismissed.
