Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The writ petitioner seeks electricity connection for the petition mentioned house. The private respondents are raising objections. The seventh respondent is directed to conduct survey so as to delineate the public pathway leading to the writ petitioner's house after notice to the concerned parties. This exercise shall be concluded by the seventh respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, based on the survey report, the second and third respondents are directed to provide electricity service connection to the petition mentioned house, if public pathway can be delineated. TANGEDCO authorities as well as the Tahsildar can seek the assistance of the jurisdictional police and the jurisdictional police is mandated to provide police protection. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
