ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 465, 471 & 420 IPC.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners had undertaken to re-convey the property in question. But, they are not acted as per the undertaking. The police have also given time to fulfil the said undertaking. In the meanwhile, they have moved this Court.

3.Taking note of the conduct of the petitioners, this petition is dismissed.
