ORDER

The revision petitioners / plaintiffs filed this revision to direct the District Munsif, Paramakudi to dispose the E.P.No.15 of 2020 in O.S.No.330 of 1991, pending on its file, within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. Since this petition has been filed seeking early disposal of the case no notice is necessary to the respondent.

3. The petitioner counsel has submitted that the suit in O.S.No.330 of 1991 was filed for eviction and the same was decreed on 29.09.2004 and thereafter, the Second Appeal also filed by the defendant and the same was dismissed by this Court on 04.10.2021.

4. Since the suit is of the year 1991 and the E.P has been filed in the year 2020, this Court is inclined to direct the District Munsif, Paramakudi to dispose of E.P.No.15 of 2020 in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRP(MD).No. 759 of 2022 O.S.No.330 of 1991, pending on its file within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
