ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to re-transfer the petitioner from Boar MachineFinishing House, Unit II, Trichy to Paper Machine-Finishing House Unit-I, Karur, by considering his representation dated 18.03.2019. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.
3.The case of the petitioner is that he made a representation to the respondents on 18.03.2019, seeking retransfer from Boar Machine-Finishing House, Unit II, Trichy to Paper Machine-Finishing House Unit-I, Karur, on the ground of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
illness and the same has not been considered so far by the respondents. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the above prayer.
4.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on merits and appropriate orders be passed by the respondents.
5.In view of the above, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.03.2019 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 6.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
