This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.15642 of 2023 in Crl.A(MD)No.988 of 2023 dated 22.01.2024.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the direction of this Court, the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly from 02.02.2024 and hence, he pleaded for relaxing the condition imposed on him by this Court.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly and hence, the conditions may be modified once in a month.
4.
