ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein to register the complaint given by the petitioner on 10.04.2018 and take necessary action in accordance with law. 2.Heard both sides.

3.The petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent police. But till date, the respondent police have not taken any action. Aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondent, the petitioner came before this Court.

4.If the complaint lodged by the petitioner makes out any cognizable offence, the second respondent shall register the F.I.R. If no offence is made out, the second respondent shall close the complaint and inform the same to the petitioner, accordingly.
