[Order of the Court was made by B.PUGALENDHI, J.] The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition seeking a direction to the third respondent to shift the TASMAC Shop No.5317 situated at A.Ramanathapuram, Usilampatti Taluk, to some other place, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 18.11.2019.

2. We have heard Mr.J.Senthil Kumaraiah, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.R.Sethuraman, learned Special Government Pleader for the first respondent and Mr.H.Arumugam, learned Standing Counsel for TASMAC.

3. The grounds raised by the petitioner do not fall within the prohibited distance, as stipulated by the Tamil Nadu Liquor Retail Vending (In Shops and Bars) Rules, 2003, and, therefore, this Court cannot issue a Mandamus as prayed for. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
