ORDER

With the consent of the counsel appearing on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. The petitioner sought for issuance of joint patta including the names of the legal heirs of his grandfather. The said application was made by way of representation, dated 29.01.2025.

4. It is the grievance of the petitioner that despite patta sought for on 29.01.2025, no action has been taken.

5. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for, it would suffice to dispose of the writ petition directing the respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 29.01.2025, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
