This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to provide sufficient police protection to the petitioner on the representation made by the petitioner to the first respondent, on 10.04.2018.
2. According to the petitioner, he has approached the District Registrar of Registration Department on 06.06.2017. After enquiry, the District Registrar of Registration passed an order on 13.04.2018, by directing the petitioner to approach the civil Court to cancel the sale agreement. Thereafter, the petitioner has approached the second respondent for facing threat to the life and limb. The second respondent has advised the petitioner to approach the first respondent. Hence, the petitioner made a representation to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the first respondent on 10.04.2018. In view of the serious threat for the petitioner, he filed the petition before this Court.
3. According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the said representation made to the first respondent has not been received so far.
4. Considering the nature of the complaint made to the first respondent, which was sent on 10.04.2018 and received on 11.04.2018 and also considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner to consider the petitioner's representation, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, on merits and in accordance with law, after providing an opportunity to the parties concerned, and pass orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
