ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to construct house in Survey No.1526, Ward No.5, at G.Kallupatti Panchayat, Periyakulam Taluk, Theni District and ensure the life and limb of the petitioner based on the petitioner's representation, dated 20.08.2016
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents 1 and 2. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the absolute owner of the property situated in the above said survey number and only after obtaining relevant permission from the concerned authorities, he has started constructing the house. However, the respondents 3 to 6 are unnecessarily creating problems and hence, the petitioner has sent a representation to the 2nd respondent. Since the said representation has not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court with this petition.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that it is agreeable for them to consider the representation.
5. Under such circumstances, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.08.2016 and while making enquiries, the respondents 1 and 2 shall hear the other interested persons also and thereafter, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.
