In view of the same, there is no route for him to be served with the Court notice or the private notice in W.P(MD)No.13674 of 2024. However, it is seen that the 2nd respondent has been duly served which is quite not possible. 2/4

The entire Writ Court records in W.P(MD)No.13674 of 2024 is called for and on verification, it is found by this Court that the notice issued on the 2nd respondent has been received by the writ petitioner herself by endorsing her signature in the acknowledgement and the same is confirmed on perusal of the records. Hence, the order passed by this Court on 05.12.2024 in W.P(MD)No.13674 of 2024 is hereby recalled and the contempt petition in Cont.P(MD)No.1159 of 2025 is closed.

3. Review Application in Rev.Aplw(MD)No.80 of 2025 is allowed and Contempt Petition in Cont.P(MD)No.1159 of 2025 is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed. 20.06.2025 NCC :
