O R D E R

This Criminal Original has been filed to direct the second respondent to execute Non Bailable Warrants dated 26.02.2010 and 28.03.2016, issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri, in S.T.C.No.1155 of 2005, against the third respondent herein. 2.It is seen that Non bailable Warrant has been issued by the Court below in a complaint filed under Section 128 of Negotiable Instruments Act. Even though Non Bailable Warrant was issued in the year 2016, the same has not been executed by the second respondent till date.

3.There shall be a direction to the second respondent to execute Non Bailable Warrant issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri, in S.T.C.No.1155 of 2005, against the third respondent herein, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
