The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the orders of this Court dated 11.07.2023 made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.12475 of 2023. 1/4

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the contemnor/respondent would submit that this Court passed an order in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.12475 of 2023 dated 11.07.2023 and directed the respondent police to complete the rest of the investigation in Crime No.261 of 2022 and file a final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. In compliance of the orders of this Court, the respondent herein has completed the investigation and filed a final report before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Nilakottai and the same was taken on file in PRC.No.3 of 2025 dated 17.04.2025.
