ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 not to interfere in the civil dispute of the petitioner.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the third respondent with the help of the respondents 1 and 2 compelled the petitioner to hand over the key of Sriman Narayanasamy Thirukovil.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents would submit that no petition or CSR is pending against the petitioner and therefore, presence of the petitioner is not required before the respondents. It is also submitted that there is no such compulsion/harassment as alleged by the petitioner.

5.Recording the submission made, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
