Common Prayer :- Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are filed under section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, praying this Hon'ble Court to Extend the time for further period of two weeks to deposit a sum of Rs. 50000/- (Rupees fifty thousand Only) to the credit of Crime Nos.227 and 276 of 2019 dated 26.02.2020 made in CRL RC(MD).Nos.209 to 211 of 2020 on the file of the Learned principal Sessions Judge Madurai respectively.

Common Prayer in CRL RC(MD).Nos.209 TO 211 of 2020 : These Criminal Revision Cases are filed under Section 397 r/w 401 of Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records pertaining to order, dated 14.02.2020 passed by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Madurai in Crl.M.P.Nos.995, 996 and 993 of 2020 in Crime Nos.227, 276 and 277 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police and set aside the same and further direct the respondent police to return the vehicle bearing Registration Nos.TN-72-AZ-1059, TN-19-E-1987 and TN-04-AL-3953 lorry to the revision petitioner respectively.
