ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents 3 and 4 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of petition enquiry.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 06.04.2022. The same is recorded.
3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
