O R D E R

This Criminal Original has been filed to direct the second respondent to execute the Non Bailable Warrants dated 05.12.2006 and 28.03.2016, issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri in S.T.C.No.1180 of 2005, against the third respondent herein.

2.It is seen that Non bailable Warrant has been issued by the Court below in a complaint filed under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act. Even though Non Bailable Warrant was issued, the same has not been executed by the second respondent till date.

Magistrate, Sivagiri, in S.T.C.No.1180 of 2005, against the third respondent herein within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above directions.
