This petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 19.10.2015 and proceed with the same as per law within the time fixed by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the complaint given by the petitioner has been enquired into and the same has been closed on the ground that the dispute is civil in nature and the parties have to work out their remedy before the civil Court.

4. Recording the submission made, this petition is closed. The 2nd respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner, if not already furnished and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to take further action in accordance with law.
