SENTHIL, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.DINESHBABU, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.426 of 2020 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.50 of 2020 dated 03.02.2020.

2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 10.02.2020 till the declaration of lockdown.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent has submitted that the petitioner has only complied with the condition from 12.02.2020 till 20.03.2020. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.3757 of 2020 4.Considering the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on first working day of every week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
