It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioners and their family members in the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents would submit that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, a case has been registered against the first petitioner in Crime No.604 of 2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 379 and 506(i) IPC.

4.Since a case has been registered as against the petitioner herein, it is open to the petitioners to work out their remedy in the manner known to law.
