This petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to register a case/FIR on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 20.04.2016 and investigate into the case. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the complaint given by the petitioner has been enquired into and the same has been closed on the ground that the dispute is civil in nature.

4. Recording the submission made, this petition is closed. The 2nd respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner, if not already furnished and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to take further action in accordance with law.
