ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to trace out and produce the detenu by name Divya aged 20 years.
2. The petitioner is present and he has been identified by his counsel.
3. The second respondent viz., Inspector of Police, Karuppayoorani Police Station has produced the detenu and she has been identified by the petitioner.

5. In fine, this Habeas Corpus petition deserves dismissal and accordingly is dismissed.
