ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.130 of 2016 on the file of the 2nd respondent to any other competent Inspector of Police, within the jurisdiction of the 1st respondent and investigate the same in accordance with law, by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 25.03.2016. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. At the outset, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the investigation in Cr.No.130 of 2016, was completed and charge sheet has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai on 22.08.2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this petition is closed.
