ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM,J.) Detenue, son of the petitioner, has been produced by the second respondent before this Court. He informs of having left the parental home owing to minor dispute and he expressed intent to return to the parental home, a course which petitioner is agreeable to.

2.In the circumstances, the Habeas Corpus petition shall stand closed.
