ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S J.JEYAKUMARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and not appeared for the respondent either in person or through by an advocate,the court made the following order:- Batta with petition and affidavit copy for service of notice on the respondent is due.

2. The respondent is served with private notice, but proof is not filed.

3. This civil miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 100 days in filing the above appeal is condoned, on condition that the petitioner pays a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees thousand only) to the Madras High Court Madurai Bench Advocate Clerks Welfare Association, on or before 02.06.2023.
