ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed for a direction to dispose PRC No.24 of 2009 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur.

2.In the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur, is directed to receive the death certificate of A2 and A5 from the respondent police on 01.10.2018 and close the case in so far as A2 and A5 are concerned, who are said to have died after filing of the final report. There are four more accused persons in this case i.e., A1, A3, A4 and A6. 3.The learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur shall immediately commit the case to the concerned Court in so far as these accused persons are concerned on 01.10.2018. The Court to which the case is committed, shall complete the entire proceedings within a period of six months thereafter.

4.This criminal original petition is disposed of with the above directions.
