2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 14.03.2022, the respondent police conducted enquiry and the same was closed on 29.03.2022.

3. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
