ORDER

This petition has been filed challenging the proceedings in M.C.No. 82 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate (Additional Mahila Court), Madurai.

2. In view of the limited prayer sought in this petition, this Court deems it fit to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate (Additional Mahila Court) Madurai, to dispose of MCNo. 82 of 2015, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3.This criminal original petition is disposed of with the above direction. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
