ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.60 of 2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that the respondent requires six months time to complete the investigation.

4. Recording the submission made, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
