ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.Sundarapandian, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.P.Kottai chamy, Government Advocate (crl.side )for the 1st Respondent, this Court made the following order:

This petition is filed seeking modification of the condition imposed in Crl.O.P (MD) No. 20199 of 2023, dated 09.11.2023.

2.It is reported that the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the Appellate authority.

3.In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to work out his remedy before the Appellate authority.

4.Hence, this petition stands dismissed.
