This petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner.

2. Mr.N.Vivekanandan, Sub-Inspector of Police, Economic Offence Wing, Trichy District is present. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that there are complaints against M/s.G.M.G.Real Estate in Crime No.1 of 2017 and that this petitioner is a Manager working in that company, who is required as a witness.

3. The petitioner is directed to participate in the enquiry and during enquiry, she shall not be harassed. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
